Community child care plans

Municipalities across BC have assessed what child care their communities need and set out how to build it. 22 of those documents, from 17 communities, collected in one place.

These plans are published by the municipalities and organizations named beside them, not by CCPBC. We have collected them because they are scattered across dozens of council websites and hard to find, and because read together they show what local government already knows about the gap between spaces and need.

Each was current when published; some are several years old and may have been superseded. Check with the municipality before relying on one for anything formal.
